About Mary Anne

My name is Mary. I am a Special Education teacher at Murphy elementary. I teach 5th through 8th grade ELA resource and inclusion. I have been babysitting children since the age of 13. I have experience with 3 month-15-year-olds. However, most of my experience ranges from 3-9 years of age. I have assisted in a special education classroom and worked with children varying in disabilities at the ages of 8-15. I teach students with all different needs and find ways to help them grow and feel confident in learning. I am a reading specialist, swim instructor, and lifeguard. I am happy to help out around the house and do whats best for you and the kids! Additionally, I have experience driving for the families I work for, both in their car and in my car with safety measures in place. I have worked with families long term and I am looking to help out part time summer of 2020.
