About Lacey

I am a 37-year-old nanny with 10 years experience caring for children with 4 of those years being a live-in nanny. It is my responsibility as a caregiver to provide the best care with love so I can help children become healthy young adults. I work with them step by step as they grow and feel it is important to create an environment of security and respect. The most important developmental years are the first three. Infants and toddlers have the same mental and emotional needs as adults do: to be heard and seen, which leads to building self confidence and high self esteem. It is up to each child's parents, with the support of involved caregivers, to help meet these needs.
