I have been involved in managing nannies and hiring, working with children with autism, learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and newborns (including multiples). Danielle showed flexibility in setting up an interview with us. She arrived promptly and was one of the most experienced nannies we spoke with. As I understand, her current position has long hours, so her schedule might not be what other families are used to working around for scheduling an interview. Unfortunately, the timing did not work out for our family, but any family would be lucky to have her.
