Let me start by saying that I'm a type An, overly cautious and protective lawyer and spent over five months interviewing nannies before finding Cassidie. She was highly recommended to us by another family and become our family's nanny for 1.5 years. In that relatively short time, she became a member of our family and a third parent for our daughter. She started with us when our kiddo was 7 months old as part of a nanny share watching up to three kiddos at our house. Cassidie has a true natural touch. It's hard to imagine but she provided amazing, individualized care for three toddlers, taking them EVERY DAY to the zoo, aquarium, children's museum, parks, play gyms, etc. Rain or shine, they had a field trip somewhere fun and enriching. Our daughter still talks about Cassidie almost every day and is so excited when she comes to babysit. We plan to keep her around in our lives for as long as she'll have us! ;) Really couldn't recommend her enough!
