Inconsistency....... we agreed on 2 specific days a week then she keeps changing the days. She came by to meet prior to starting and changed the days again. After she left, I sent her instructions and confirm the new days she had committed to, she then said she had a doctor's appointment on one of the days and could only do half day. I told her that I need consistency and need full committed days, then she says something tell her it will be a challenge with the scheduling. She should have figured all that out prior to committing to start. It's very clear that she didn't want the job after the visit, it would have been easier to just say so. I ended up not using her.
