I'm a past Foster/Adoptive mother. We had 48 children and adopted 9. I have 1 biological son and 9 adopted. These were all special needs children. Now they are all grown up and on there own and I need to be with children again as I miss it all. I have babysat and raised children since I was in the 3rd. grade. I raised 5 brothers and sisters. Anyway, I could go on and on but I will stop. I worked at the hospital in housekeeping for 3 years. I have worked as a waitress, and I spent 14 years doing foster care. I am now taking care of the elderly. I have been doing this through the State Of Iowa (In Home Healthcare), and CDAC for the past 7 years.
