I have 10+ years of experience working with children. Have 2 school-aged children of my own. A single mother trying to help other parents out with their childcare needs. I've been a CNA since 2017 and have worked in facilities and done private care. I've been cleaning others hones since 2020.

My childcare experience, working with infants, toddlers, children, and multiple births, dates back to 1976. I have 3 adult children (1 son and 2 daughters). I have 5 grandchildren, 2 grandsons, (ages 11 and 12, and 3 granddaughters, ages 2 and 2, plus a 6-year-old.) I am an Early Childhood Educator and have my Director and Group Leader qualifications. Other certifications include newborn, infants, and toddler care. My degrees have an emphasis on Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, and Social Work. Some of my hobbies are reading, writing, crafts, and outdoor life. I have an Old English Sheepdog (10 years old) who is a lot of fun to play with and train. Although my children and grandchildren are not considered my hobbies, I treasure time spent with them as often as we are able..

I have worked with children for over 10 years and I currently work part-time teaching swim lessons for ages 6 months-16 years old at High Plains Scuba center. I am working on my bachelor's degree in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation. I have lived with and owned pets my whole life, primarily dogs and cats with some amphibians. At the moment, my partner and I have a 2-year-old Bloodhound and our roommate has a Pitbull puppy. I'm working towards being a scuba professional and eventually participating in scientific field studies of marine megafauna conservation. I'm just looking for some part time work to supplement my bills while going to school.

I could make a living on Care. com gigs alone, honestly, and am grateful for the site, but boy am I busy. That said, read on and learn more about me. I have been employed as a nanny for two different families. One job began with a family who's son was 2 months old. This was a day-time hourly position. The second family had two sons, the older was seven when I began the job, and the baby was 2 months old. This was a live in position. I worked for both families for over a year.
