About who needs care: Care receiver is in overall poor health. Issues with vertigo and dizziness limits ability to maintain home, shop, andclean. She is also alone most of the time.
Ideal situation is to have caregiver there for about 3 hours, 3 days per week for light housework, transportation to appointments or shopping, and companionship.
Because of poor health, she has no current hobbies.
About the care needs: Care giver should:
- be a mature adult versus very young
- good communication skills
- caring personality
- be able to do light housework
- be able to safely drive
- familiar with senior's typical health issues
