This would be an ideal job for a college student or recent graduate, especially education, speech/OT and psychology majors! Work with a bright, active, funny 10-year-old who has autism. Help him play with other kids in the community and work on some social skills.
We are flexible; if he's awake and not at school, camp, or with another caregiver, you can work, but if you can only work one 4 hour shift per week, that works as well. Available hours may expand depending on grant funding: this is a part time recurring position. We are specifically looking to fill up to 30 hours of weekly shifts during the weeks of June 8, 15, 22, July 13, 20, and August 17, 24, 31. Weekend shifts available year-round.
Must pass a background check.
