Hi, Wes worked for me over the course of a year and a half, doing various laborer construction tasks at an 1850's house, that I am remodeling from scratch. The house is intended to be used as short term vacation rental. He is an extremely hard worker. He is also a very nice person. He is intelligent and very capable. He had significant issues with getting to the job site on time or at all sometimes. This was several years ago, and so I would not want that to influence things too strongly. Perhaps, he has mended those ways. We all have flaws when we are young, that if given a chance, we can correct with time.
