I strive to be the best at whichever task is at hand and will always hold myself to that standard. I am currently working for a corporate wellness company but looking for additional part time work. I am a Certified Health/Wellness Coach. I specialize in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Fitness, and Nutrition. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. My goal in life is to help others reach their optimal happiness potential. I look forward to every engagement with a new client and guiding them through their Health/Wellness Journey!
