I worked with Michele for eight years, and have known her since she was 13. During the time that she worked under me as her supervisor, she had excellent attendance and arrived on time. She completed necessary trainings in a timely manner. Michele has strengths in music, dramatic play, interacting and collaborating well with children and adults. She showed great perseverance in developing her writing skills and I saw much improvement as I often edited her rough draft college work. Along with writing, I also saw her speaking skills blossom. Recently I saw her speak in front of a large group. She gave a concise, well organized presentation with great eye contact and enthusiasm. She made listening fun, and we enjoyed her contagious smile. Michele has a cheerful attitude, enjoys a challenge, and is willing to put in the effort to do a good job at the tasks assigned to her. I was able to see her grow in many areas and see others blessed by her efforts.
