My first job out of college was an assistant to an executive. I had the car serviced, picked up golf shoes, and nannied their 4-year-old child during their travel weekends. My last job was a personal secretary to an elderly woman, and I did all the shopping, scheduling, banking, and personal correspondence, as well as daily personal care for her.
