Thank you for your consideration. I currently work in a long-term care center, and have been there for 8 years. The residents that I help every day have become part of my family. I enjoy helping them to accomplish their everyday needs while keeping things light and fun. I have a special connection with my residents, and hope to with your loved one as well. I understand the importance of good care and I always give 100% of myself while at work. I was taught by my wonderful parents to be a hard worker and "Do it right, or don't do it at all". This concept has made me a valued employee. I am one of the few who train in new CNAs at my facility. I have even created a training program to use on new hires, presented it to the Director of Nursing, and it is soon to be implemented. I am looking to do private home health care, nanny or pet care. I am also great at cooking and cleaning.
