I achieved a degree from Texas A&M University in Human Resource Development and have worked jobs ranging from customer service representative all the way to management. As a positive leader, I have supervised over 25 employees while being responsible for areas of customer service, sales, facility care, and maintenance. I performed monthly drafts, reports, and past due collections for all customer accounts. I am very organized and detail oriented and can successfully handle any situation thrown my way. I have proven that I can hold a stressful title with great responsibility while working independently or cooperatively with others.
