I have been working as a Certified fitness instructor/personal trainer for nearly 20 years. I am passionate about working with people of all age groups and fitness abilities to help them reach their personal goals. Not only do I enjoy what I do, the flexible schedule has afforded me the ability to be a full time mom while raising my two children. Now that my children are grown I would like to work at something outside of the fitness industry. I am seeking to connect with someone I can assist with caregiving, errands, and special tasks. My personal life experience of raising two children, running our home successfully, and now, helping my elderly parents manage doctors appointment/general wellness, has prepared me well for this endeavor. I love children and pets, Some of my hobbies include music, dancing, & spinning (which I also instruct). I am highly energetic, very organized, and reliable. I am a Natick resident of nearly 30 years, have my own car, am a non smoker and CPR Certified.
