Let me introduce myself. My name is Angela. I was born and grew up in North Carolina however, I have been a resident in the District of Columbia for the last 6 years. I have a degree in Engineering and have recently returned to school to pursue a Master's Level Certification in Information Assurance. Understandably this may not seem to be a position suited for someone with my background but I have worked with children and also as a personal assistant. I actually enjoy working with children. During my college career I held a position for one year as a Lead Site Administrator for children ranging from 8-12 years of age. The children were able to obtain help with home work, tutoring and projects. I also taught math for an academic year at a community college. I worked for the first time as a personal assistant a couple of years ago. For approximately six months, I helped a corporate executive transition from west coast to east coast living. I performed such task as touring, research, arranging deliveries, shopping , organizing and light cleaning. My skills are as follows: * Proficient management and preparation of correspondence and communications * In depth collection, analysis and integration of information * Efficient scheduling and organizing of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements * Thorough knowledge and application of MS Office Suite * A reputation as a self-directed worker who uses her initiative to get the job done in a fast-paced work environment with demanding deadlines * Technical degree and background * Flexible, energetic, team player, and leader. I am open to a variety of task including tutoring and light child care.

I have known Angela all of her life. She is a very smart young lady who has achieved great educational success, which she easily transfers to others. She is a right and left brain thinker who uses both technical and artistic problem solving skills. She is dependable and honest and would be an asset to any organization. Last year she worked as a personal assistant to a Vice President at the company where I worked. The Vice President was moving to DC from CA and Angela made her transition very smooth. I highly recommend Angela.
