I am an engineering graduate with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida. I have experience tutoring high school and college level students in mathematics including algebra, geometry, calculus, and sciences such as chemistry and physics. I've taught dozens of students in a group and individual basis and helped students gain confidence in their math and science skills so they can achieve more than they thought possible. I have been lauded in the past for my easygoing nature and ability to breakdown difficult concepts into easy to learn methods and practices. Hi! My name is Emily and I am 25 years old. I graduated from Boston College in May 2017 with a degree in physics and moved to Orlando in August 2017. Since then, I have established my own business and tutored over 100 students - and I am always looking for more! My personalized, question-based approach to teaching creates fun lessons with realistic goals so students can feel comfortable explaining strengths, weaknesses, and worries.
