Mom Kaycee Oxendine declined the offer twice, but a surveillance camera inside the day care caught the woman adjusting her shirt and bringing the baby to her chest after Oxendine left the room.<\/p><p>Oxendine&rsquo;s 3-month-old son was born premature and is lactose intolerant, she told reporters. After the breastfeeding incident, the baby was hospitalized but now&nbsp;doing better now.<\/p><p>&ldquo;To me, a criminal act was committed against him,&rdquo; Oxendine told reporters. &ldquo;Not only did you put your breast to my son, you also made my son sick because he&rsquo;s lactose intolerant. So you&rsquo;ve put something in his body that his body can&rsquo;t digest.&rdquo;<\/p><p>The day care worker in question apparently had more than 10 years of child care experience, and was nursing her own 2-month-old child.
