Next, cut different shaped &ldquo;spots&rdquo; outs of remaining 8-inch x 11-inch sheets of brown felt, about six inches in diameter. About three or four spots should be sufficient, but it is entirely up to you. <\/p><p> <strong>Step 2: <\/strong>With sweatshirt laid flat on a table, hot glue ears to either side of the hood. Hot glue spots in a random pattern on the back of the sweatshirt. <\/p><p> <strong>Step 3: <\/strong>To make the tail, take the remaining 18-inch x 24-inch sheet of brown felt and cut a 2-inch by 24-inch rectangle. Attach tail to the seat of sweatpants using hot glue gun or safety pins. <\/p><p> <strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Put on outfit: sweatshirt, sweatpants, and mittens.
