I have a few suggestions that would definitely make my life easier, so I’ve decided to share.
The program should add a check box/or whatever is used for them to select for “Pay”. Currently, there is a range and for me everytime I have went on a face-to-face, the lower rate was all they could offer. If an exact amount option was offered, it would save a lot of wasted time, going through the entire process only to find out what the families exact intent to pay is.
Mandatory response from families if they speak with or meet for a face-to-face, either yay or no.
I would like to see the search parameters increased. Quite a few family indicate FT or PT, same day split-shift, meal preparation, etc. It would be nice to be able to have an “advanced” search. Example: I’m not interested in life-in, part time, positions in nursing homes, etc. If I was able to select a specific criteria it would really be nice so I wouldn’t have to go through 80 postings and 80% are not even an option for me.
Once a category is selected and as a person denies or either applies for the position, there is not a go back button, which would be great, because some of the posting are duplicates. Maybe setting the system up once you apply the position is removed or hidden.
Positions already applied for and open or closed. It would be great to have a way to delete all of the extra old old closed applications sent.
Lastly, I suggest when system changes are being made, include the users before rolling the updated system.
