What’s the secret to a lengthy marriage? Well, if you take this couple as an example, it may all be in the clothes.
The Japanese couple’s Instagram name “Bonpon511″ is believed to reference both their Christian names and the date they got married, according to the Telegraph. They coordinate their outfits every day and post pictures on Instagram to their nearly 300,000 followers.
The couple’s Instagram bio says they’re over 60 years old and have been married for 37 years. They wear outfits in the same color schemes or with a matching print, usually while standing side-by-side, hand-in-hand.
It’s pretty much the cutest thing ever, in my book, and their Instagram fans seem to agree. Comments from fans all over the world contain heart-eyed emojis and hundreds have tagged their friends or significant others to show them their relationship goals.
“Cutest couple I’ve seen!” one commenter wrote.
“I love your pictures! They make me smile ❤ you both look so lovely,” another wrote.
Will they ever run out of coordinating outfits? I think not – but I can tell you right now, I’ll be following this adorable adventure to see (and take fashion notes!)
