Utah - Hospice

End-of-life care planning can be a difficult process, but careful preparation is a key element in easing stress for you and your family. Bringing your loved one as much peace as is possible in their final days benefits everyone.

The goal of hospice is to help patients live their last days as comfortable and pain-free as possible. This care is planned to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospice care can be given in a hospital, nursing home, or private hospice facility, but most often it is given in the patient's home. This provides patients with the ability to live out their final days as alert as possible and with the ones they love the most.
