I am looking for another family to share a nanny with.  Can you tell me the best way to go about that on Care.com?  Thanks.  Kate

Take time to make inquiries from friends to see if they know a certified person who could do the same job like you.

Ask for a "nanny share". Some nannies are more than ok with this as long as everyone is on the same page when it comes to what is expected.

Hi, I have 18 years of experience and excellent references. I care newborns up to 6 years, I m very tidy, punctual, honest, and dedicate 100% to the care and protection of the child. I have never had an accident in these 18 years with the children. my last job ended March I had a child of 2 2/2 and a girl of 6 months. Thank you.

Hate to be old school, but try your local groups, Churches, etc. with the hook that you'd handle hiring, admin, etc. Geolocation and shared values is necessary if you want to split the cost of a F/T nanny and make it work for all concerned. Good luck!
