Why is my job posting being rejected?
I posted a job about tutoring last night, and I logged on to find that they rejected my job. It says the job does not follow their guidelines. I looked for the guidelines, but I couldn’t find any.
How do I apply for jobs?
They may have forgotten to provide the guidelines. Or they could be falsifying their intention. Or some other reasons. Care.com sends us messages to always be careful when we respond to job postings. They also send us suggestions on how to strengthen our presentation. I thought job guidelines are all listed on the individual seeker's page. Subject, Start date, pay range, town, transportation requirement, schedule, and 1 or more sentences about the need. There are still other folks out there who might need your services. Keep trying and improving your presentation, even if it's already great.
You need to pay close attention to any and all feedback. If you do not have samples of ' other' tutors feedback, change your resume up! Rewrite it to have a more reserved, or more free flow way of speaking. Opposite ends of the spectrum. For whatever reason your current CV may not be coming back personable, or too-unfamiliar for a family to ok for their child. When a parent/student/teacher/supervisor reads your CV, something in it needs to make you stand out from the pack. It might be work experience or something as simple as the language you sue to introduce your experiences. Making this question positing was your first step. Now follow through!
I do not know about that. I think that all jobs are a gamble, in that sometimes what you can provide and what they want does not match.
It's sometimes silly but things like giving your personal information could violate the care.com policy. It protects both you and the person you'd reach out to. What you might be doing is avoiding the middleman which is not beneficial to care.com

I would contact Care.com to find the answer to that problem. They may have a reason and a solution.
Hello! Please send a copy of the content of the ad and maybe I can give some insight :)
Hm. Sometimes people get on the site of the opposite purpose. Are you certain you got on the correct one? Are you on a site to seek a service or to offer one?
Why are some jobs not viewing my messages? It just says delivered
Hello! Here's a link from Care.com with directions on how to make a job posting: https://www.care.com/c/stories.... If you look through it, maybe you will find something on there that your posting was missing. If you're still not sure, you can contact their Customer Service, as they are usually very helpful. Good luck!
I applied for a job, but I cannot see the message in response to my application. However, another person messaged me and I was able to see their message and respond. Any idea why I am able to see one but not the other?
If you did not read the rules and regulations of the site you might want to read through it and see if you come up with a solution.
Make sure to not include personal information or address.
I'm a tutor. Please message me the job details to see if I can assist you! :)
