How do we accsept a job?
im 13 and i need to start working!
Because you are under the age of 18, this process may be more daunting. Follow the steps, and contact the family you are looking to hire you and ask them to follow the steps on their end as well.
Good morning! First, please keep in mind that there are some places a 13 year old can not legally work. You may want to check that information prior to accepting. However, you can do jobs such as newspaper delivery, yard clean up for neighbors, babysitting and more. Then, when you are ready to accept a job and if you need assistance, go to Care.com and select "Contact Us". You can then send an email to the Support Team, who can help you accept the job. Good luck!
People on this site generally believe you still need supervision more often than not and aren't ready for this site's needs. Check with neighborhood and friend sources to sit for people who know you and your maturity level and abilities best. They will perhaps have you sit after school. I think you have to be older to use this site. But check and see if that is right. Hope you find something. You need to keep schooling most.
You first need to apply for a job and wait for the employer to respond and after that, the site will tell you.

Welcome the the Care.com Community. To enroll with a teen account, first go to www.Care.com and select that you would like to "Find Jobs." Next, you will be asked to choose what type of service you are looking to provide. Once you select your service you will be required to enter in some general information, such as your first and last name, as well as your mailing address. Please note that we do require that you provide your full, legal, first and last name as well as your full mailing address. Once you have provided this initial general information, click on the green, "Join Now" button.
You will then be asked to enter in further general information, such as your date of birth, which will then trigger the site to recognize you as a teen provider.
For your safety, all members under 18 will need parent or guardian approval to complete an account on Care.com. A valid, verifiable, parent or guardian name and email address is required. Please note that the parent and guardian have full access to the teen member’s account and are copied on all communication between Care.com, potential employers and the teen member.
Therefore, enter in the required parent information and then click on the orange, "Send and and continue enrollment" button. By doing so, you will be forwarding a message via email, which we refer to as the "Parent Invitation Email," to the parent or guardian who will be monitoring your account. Once they receive the email message, they will also need to enroll on the site. However, please make sure that they are enrolling with their own personal information and not simply re-entering in yours.
All information provided will be checked and verified against a number of databases and resources to ensure accuracy and validity. If your parent or guardian already has an existing Care.com account, then they will need to enter in a different email address in order to approve and verify your account, as all Care.com accounts are identified by their unique email addresses.
Once you have successfully sent the "Parent Invitation Email," you will be able to continue with the enrollment process and will be asked to provide information regarding your experience in the specific service that you chose, as well as have the option to add photos, request reviews, and text message alerts.
