How much should I charge for a weekend of overnight babysitting?

I have been a babysitter for a family of 5 (3 very active children) for about a year now. An 8 y/o with severe down syndrome, a 6 y/o and a 3 y/o. I will be watching them for a weekend while the parents are away. The parents will be leaving Friday at 2pm and returning Sunday around 2pm. I am usually paid $15 an hour and have calculated the outcome of the hourly shift while the children are awake. Bedtime starts at 7pm, but they usually don't stay down and actually start sleeping until 8pm or 9pm.

FRI: 2pm - 9pm = 7 hrs

SAT: 7am - 9pm = 14 hrs

SUN: 7am - 2pm = 7 hrs

Total: 28 hrs x $15 =  $420

But that is not including staying overnight for 2 nights.

Something to keep in mind is that the oldest and the youngest do not sleep through the night, and the times I have done date nights, I would have to sit out in the hallway to make sure the children stay in bed. And the oldest tends to have potty accidents as well.

If I were to charge the standard rate of $100 a night, that's--

$420 x $200 (2 nights) = $620 for the weekend.

I was just wondering, does that seem like a fair price? Is it too much? Should I charge the hourly rate if/when the children wake up in the middle of the night? I will also be looking after their 2 dogs. Should I charge for that too? Or again, is that asking too much? Please let me know, thank you!

I would ask to be paid hourly through the night, it makes even more sense if there is a special needs child is involved. I don't know if I would personally ask for more for the dogs. But I do not see it as a crazy idea to ask if you think its fair.
