Homework help Websites?
Hey! I wanted to know if you all knew any FREE homework help websites I could use?! Any ideas?!
Khan Academy. It's wonderful for children and gives them step by step details!
http://www.wolframalpha.com/ This site is especially amazing for any kind of math related homework. Free and helpful. Helps individuals to work through the problems and helps them understand how to get the correct answers.
Khan Academy is great!
BrainFuse is popular. Check into library HW helper/chat also.
There is Khan Academy or different online resources for different subjects.
It depends on the subject that you're trying to receive help with, I find that it is usually easier to find homework help for subjects such as mathematics and science. Some websites that I like to use to help me out with some tricky math questions are http://www.wolframalpha.com/ | https://www.algebra.com/tutors... | and http://www.mathway.com
I like Khan Academy. Also my first session is free. math18.com

You should try Khan Academy they are really helpful and have lots of subjects that they have help on, such as Chemistry, Calculus, Physics, Algebra, and so on.
It depends on the level of work. MITOpenCourseware is really good for highschool and intro college courses. There are many youtube videos that provide very helpful tutorials. And KhanAcademy is really helpful so many of my students.
Kahn Academy is a fantastic starting point, as is edX.
There a some homework websites that are very good like Khan Academy. Khan Academy deal with all grades and subjects. Fact monster is for grades K-8 in all subjects. B.J. Pinchbeck's Homework Helper all grades and subjects. There is also, Ask Dr. Math, Wonderopolis, Hippo Campus and Scholastic Parent and Child.
Khan academy. It's a lifesaver. That website is the only reason I got through pre ap pre cal last year.
Khan Academy is one of my favorite
YouTube is always a good place to look. However, if you didn't understand in class, or reading the book, chances are you will still have a hard time with youtube videos. I imagine you have follow-up questions or need the information explained in a different way. This is when a real-live tutor is best. They can teach you the subject, you can ask them questions... and they are not teaching a class, so they move at your level and focus just on you. I find it odd, you are asking where to find free tutoring on a website for professional tutors. Kimberly www.KimberlyTruong.com
If you have a child in school, ask a teacher. They will know which websites are free and helpful.
What do you mean by "homework help?" That is pretty broad and it depends on the grade levels. If you have any math or science questions, especially integrations, then check out Wolfram Alpha. Let me know if you have further questions! -Adil Salleh
Kahn Academy and Anki are great.
Google has all the answers!
There are not exactly free HW help websites that I know about, but there are websites and places on the web where subject instruction can be found and information related to almost any question you may have. I would have to do a search myself to look and see if there are specifically ones that do that. I have pointed people to Kahn Academy. I do not want to overly share information here on this as we are in here trying to get tutoring jobs and this is not the place to advise how to put us out of work. The personal tutor is usually more motivating and healthiest.
There are many. I would really ask you first the age of your child, and the subjects you are looking for help with. There are many out there, and some are free as well, but it helps to know what you are more specifically looking for. :)
Try Khan Academy for help in particular math problems/answers and see if there are any homework assistance hotlines from any nearby colleges. I worked one while I was in school and helped over the phone and it was great for both of us, tutor and student. They are free and can help.
How does a hundred homework help websites sound? http://www.onlinecollegecourse...
There is Course Hero (the free option) that will help with all subjects, there is Study Owl that you can ask questions on, for free, in any subject and others will answer back to you. There is Khan Academy, which is a free tutoring site for a lot of subjects, and standardized tests! Hope this helps! ~~~Gracie
Crash Course on Youtube. It's really helpful in the basic science-related topics.
I have found different ones for different needs. What grade? Also what specific class are you needing help with, or are you trying to find something that helps you learn how to study? Sorry so many questions, but the question is a little vague and there are many good sites I have seen, but I have used different ones for different things. :)
And crash course does multiple subjects... Not just biology (but the bio one is really good)
