Unable to retrieve message, provides my potential customer with NO service from me. Makes me look bad.
Also, I can’t remove the message, so my response time keeps falling, since I can’t respond or kill the beast.
The “Contact Us” page is broken- good luck with getting help there.
Has anyone been able to resolve this type of issue?
