It is easiest if you focus on one pant leg at a time and leave one ruler&rsquo;s width between each line.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Step 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;Turn brown or black T-shirt inside out and draw &ldquo;drippy&rdquo; U-shapes using black fabric marker to create hot fudge. Cut along the lines and turn shirt right-side out. Cut up different colored construction paper into 2-inch x 1\/2-inch pieces to make sprinkles and attach to &ldquo;hot fudge&rdquo; using hot glue.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Step 3:<\/strong>&nbsp;Wrap the bottom of a red pipe cleaner around a red pompom, twisting the pipe cleaner around itself so that it holds the pompom secure. Glue pompom and pipe cleaner to top of a red knit hat using hot glue. Gently curve the pipe cleaner into an arc.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Dress your child in the ice cream cone pants and pink or white long-sleeved shirt. Place the hot fudge t-shirt over the long-sleeved shirt.
