I would not work 60+ hours without being paid overtime in a "conventional job" so I would not accept that as a nanny. A bit extra, 5-10 hours more, seems reasonable but my time is valuable and I would not give it out without considering the situation everytime.
I find that with children who are SWC's, Strong Willed Child, giving options always helps. Ultimately, you have to decide what you will not waiver on to keep the children safe and what can be flexible.
It depends on the other services you would be willing to offer, but with your education and area of expertise, charging $18-$25 seems to be the average.
