In my opinion, more education is never a bad thing. You may not necessarily need it to further your career as you have your degree and a certification and it sounds like you have already found a substantial amount of work with these. Adding one more certification will help you... more
The best advice I have is just to talk to them, play with them and be silly. Comfort them if they get upset when mommy/daddy leaves and try to redirect them as much as possible. Also, if they have a favorite song sing to them. Baby dolls, toy food... more
