I have nothing but good things to say about BrightStar. They have provided care for my parents for the last year. The caregivers are wonderful, trustworthy and very caring. They take my parents for all their appointments as well as doing their shopping. The office staff are kind and always happy to listen to me. Kelvin has been very supportive in dealing with my dad and his worries with my mom.

Keep away. There care givers took gifts and cash from my mother I hired them to take care of amounting to thousands of dollars. When I notified the owner he seemed very nonchalant about it.
Another time they left my mom alone after she told the care giver to leave because they were complaining about being their. My mom spent several hours on the floor when she fell after they left.
I was paying for 24/7 care for a reason, because my mother needed it. Not because she needed to be ripped off and left for dead.
