I have been in childcare services for over 20 years (I am 40) and have cared for children of all ages. While it is nice that I do have the education to back up my experience, I feel that it is more important that I do have the experience and that I have the heart and compassion to work with children. I love doing music, arts and crafts and different projects and I'm not afraid to get dirty. The children's safety and well being is my #1 priority at all times.
