We need a nanny for our newborn daughter in southwest Austin. She is currently 2 months old. We would like to find someone who can do light housekeeping when she's asleep which includes the kitchen, sterilizing baby bottles, and tidying up the living room. My husband and I will be working full time but we often work from home. We are looking for someone to take care of our sweet baby girl whether we're working from home or in the office. We are not quite sure what hours will work best and, therefore, we are hoping to find someone who can work between 30 to 40 hours a week and up to 5 days a week. We would likely need someone to accommodate a 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule but we may need to flex those hours on occasion.
Our ideal candidate is dependable, has experience, knows how to pace bottle-feed, is great with children, is CPR certified, furthers their knowledge through newborn/infant education, and has strong references. We'd love our nanny to help with newborn development (i. e., tummy-time, reading, playing, etc.).
Being dependable is one of the key qualities to join our family. If you commit to a time for an interview, please show up. Being a reliable nanny is one of the first qualities we will assess. Unfortunately, if you are unable to make the interview after committing to a time, then please do not ask to reschedule. Instead, we will continue our search with alternate candidates.
We know there's a great nanny waiting to join our family and we hope to meet you soon! :)
