I searched high and low for a daycare. TLE takes care of my babies like they are their own children. We recently had a health scare with my 19 month old while he was at school and the staff were prepared and went above and beyond to take care of him AND his older brother. TLE is family!

I recently visited this location in search for a new daycare for my son. The director was kind but did not really care too much to give me the full tour of the facility (even though I set an appointment for a tour). She took me to the infant/toddler classrooms where I spoke with a few teachers who couldn't really tell me where the classroom was on the curriculum scale Another thing that bothered me was the fact that they were cleaning the tables and floors with a very strong cleaning solution (strong enough to irritate my nose) while the children were sleeping about 2 feet away. I also noticed that there were about 10 children in a classroom and 2 teachers, completely wrong according to the 3:1 student teacher ratio. After my "self led" tour, the director didn't ask me much about my son nor did she provide registration information. It seemed much more like a business than a facility that cares about children. They pride themselves on the aesthetics of the facility, not really their ability to teach and nurture children. I don't recommend.

Parents with infants please beware, I visited the daycare, and while watching their classroom recordings caught a teacher mishandling an infant very roughly while changing the baby's clothes. The child appeared to be about 6-10 months old. I was so saddened by how the caregiver was handling the infant. Parents should drop by often. But the staff appear to be very unprofessional as majority of the staff are young and ghetto-like. This place is sad. They have cameras, no one seems to ever be in the office to monitor what's happening in the classrooms, which makes having the cameras pointless.

Our children have attended TLE since they originally opened. We have observed changes in staffing, changes in leadership, but most importantly we have watched them continuously strive to provide the best experience for our children. Have there been ups & downs? Of course, which is perfectly normal.....but one thing I love about the current team (admin & teachers) is the open communication, willingness to listen & explore solutions together as a team. They even have quartrely group meetings with parents to discuss upcoming changes, proposals, challenges to involve parents in decision making.....something you won't find at other facilities.
Business facts aside, our children absolutely love coming here, they learn so much, they love the staff, and it's abundantly clear they love our children too. I couldn't find better care for my children.....and trust me we tried, before making TLE our boys home-away-from-home.
TLE is the worst place every to put your child they have all the young girls working there and none of them have any credential beside maybe be three And the professionalism has went out the door with everyone else I never thought a big million company can get this bad the director and assistance director is the leader of the young girl they follow suit whatever there imperial do they do the same there the older ladies they are the best that I have seen and address you in a professional way I think that with these older ladies listening to majority of the parents they would have been pulled there child out the staff don't get paid enough there for all the monies that is brought in that center especially the older teacher with credential then all of there hourshave been cut back to only 36 if they get 36 hour a week my thing is they all need to pulled together and turn that center into the labor board or EOE and address there wages and time they putting in I really feel bad for the older ladies that work there and maybe three of the young women that have credential and the food they feed the kids the only get 2 chicken nuggets or fish stick that's why the kids come home hungry they are not getting enough food some being missed treated lots of yelling going on and the owner is just crazy because he need to know what they are doing

I love love LOVE this school!! My daughter, Olivia has attended there since April of last year and truly enjoys going to school. She loves her teachers and classmates. From a parenting standpoint, I can't imagine taking my daughter anywhere else. I've looked and they have the most structured program for academics, arts, physical activity, etc. The staff is always very friendly and knows their families. You are not just another dollar sign to them. The teachers are all great with the kids and their knowledge and experience working with kids shows every day. When I moved here from out of state, I was really worried about finding a great childcare provider (I'm ridiculously picky) but I feel very confident that my daughter is getting all she needs and more from TLE! Keep up the great work!!
