it's been a great experience for my daughter and for us. the staff is always friendly and professional.
I would recommend this place based on our experience for last 4+ years with our daughter. We started the day care when she was 9 month old and she loves going to daycare every day. In the middle we saw lot of teacher turn around but everyone who came onboard were excellent. I will definitely recommend TLE, Troy
I was extremely nervous about dropping my 8wk old in the beginning. But I quickly saw that TLE- Troy and the teachers were so loving and nurturing. From day 1, I felt all the teachers enjoy and love their job. They are very caring and love the kids. My little one would hop out of my lap to go to her teachers, and that's when I knew she felt safe and loved. That made me feel relaxed and that I made the right choice. Thank you TLE-Troy for everything you all do. Your effort and hard work is much appreciated, and a Thank you honestly isn't enough!! You all are amazing. For all the parents out there, please do not hesitate to send your child here.. the place is awesome and you will be more than satisfied w/ the decision!!

We absolutely LOVE this daycare. We have been part of the Troy TLE family for nearly five years and have experienced every classroom. The teachers are creative, caring, and I trust them 100% with the nurturing, well-being, and early childhood education of my children.

I couldn't be happier with The Learning Experience of Troy. They are extremely attentive to my son, the curriculum is exceptional and age appropriate. I feel very safe leaving my son in their care.
I started my son at TLE Troy when he was 18 months old. The teachers have been so patient and kind with him, and have helped him learn so much. He has only been there for 6 months, but he has grown and developed tremendously. From learning sign language to songs, to learning how to share and play with others, I have been impressed and so happy with our experience. It is a great facility with caring teachers and managers, and I highly recommend it.
I am a very anxious, first time mother. It was very difficult to leave my new baby in daycare when I returned to work.
We did two visits to this facility - one planned and one unplanned. After the unplanned one went well, my husband and I decided this was the place. It was still very difficult to leave the baby, and I worried a lot for that first month. Now, though, when I drop him off, I see how excited he is to see his teachers. He gets a big smile on his face and clearly loves them. They very clearly love him, too. Additionally, he is learning so much and developing so quickly. His teachers are always willing to talk with me because they know how much I worry. They explain things to me when I have questions and are always very patient with me. (I think running a daycare is as much about managing parents as it is about managing children!)
I know that my baby is loved and engaged at The Learning Experience, and I am really glad that I found this place.

My son currently attends TLE of Troy. It's a great facility and the care givers are top notch. More certified staff needed for amount of children attending, but all companies go through hard hiring times. It's how they deal with those times that should be judged...5 stars. I don't worry if my son is being treated properly, I trust that he is!

Most of the teachers are top notch others leave something to be desired. My daughter loves the people that work there and we have to say goodbye to them every day, even if she's NOT in that class anymore. This is my first kid in daycare so I am really critical of how my kid is treated. Not so sure that they change diapers on a schedule like they lead you to believe they do. Both toddler rooms A & B are the best so far!!

They do not have well educated and experienced staff. My son attended for only two months. Any time when I went there most of the kids were left to play by themselves. Teachers did not know how to engage them, entertain or educate them at all. My son was very unhappy at the end of each day. They have good marketing brochures, nice facility but they lack in good staff.

I started taking my little one there in fall of 2013. We didn't make it a full week when I pulled him. I went to pick him up at the end of my day and witnessed an employee slam a crib into a wall. I don't mean pushed hard but slammed. She made eye contact with me and quickly hurried to another part of the room. I at first didn't think anything of it except as I walked passed I looked into the crib and a child was in the crib. I was irate! No, this wasn't my kiddo but it was someone else's precious one. I left everything there and didn't take him back. I called the next day to say we were not coming back and that I will be there to pick up his items and if they could have the ready for me. I was completely troubled by the whole experience. As an educator I pride myself in the fact that when parents drop their children off for the school day that they put their utmost trust in me to teach and take care of their children. I expect nothing less from any child care facility. I did have a face to face meeting with one of the managers to explain all of this. They were very apologetic, it didn't make a difference we were still leaving. My colleague who recommended this place also took her infant out as she had a horrible encounter herself. I highly do not recommend!!

My daughter attended here for pre-school in 2010. Her best memories are :"learning sign language... 2 great teachers...making friends". Facility was very clean. Teachers Ms. Christina and Ms. Lindsey were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring, and made a lasting impression. Director Kathryn was very personable, attentive, and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
