We love the Learning Experience. Miss Toiya, Miss Nora and team love the kids so much. I'm so impressed with the academic curriculum and materials the kids use each day. So grateful we found this school!
This place is a NIGHTMARE! DONT let your kids go here. It was pricier than other daycares in the area but Toiya informed me this was because they had cameras allowing the parents to tune in (not true). I also felt comfortable since if anything happened they would have recordings (another lie). I enrolled my son there & he absolutely loved his teacher, Ms. Shae. After the first week he started having major issues with one child who was excessively violent. I was called because this child had kicked my son in the genitals and then punched him in the same area. When I came to pick up my son a week later he had a black eye, from the same child. I spoke to Toiya because it was too much. She promised that this child was being completely removed, this never happened. When I signed my son up I had asked if there was a referral program, a week for every family referred. Over the 6 mos there I referred 10 families & received no free weeks. When the summer session had started Toiya called me asking for more tuition I inquired about my referrals. She then waived only 1/8th of that month's fee. The week before the 4th of July Ms. Shae went on a vacation & there was a replacement teacher, Ms. Lacy. My son was constantly complaining that she liked to scream & threaten to rip up their work. Friday I dropped him off & that afternoon I came in to pick him up & he informed me Lacy hit him in the back. I came into Toiya's office & demanded answers as to why my son was being assaulted. That Monday we told Toiya we wanted to see the video from that day. That is when she told me that the cameras only live streamed to corporate & did not record. Later that day I came back & Toiya told me she had let Lacy go. I decided to not take my son the rest of the week. The next day 2 weeks worth of tuition was taken from my account. I called & asked for a refund of a week back & was told that would be no problem. When I showed up the owner told me that my son exaggerated about the assault. Up until When another owner called back she told me Lacy had been fired & refunded the 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I found out Lacy was back from vacation. I immediately called corporate & left a voicemail. I demanded an investigation be done. Just recently I knew the state had been involved in this place since there were too many students to teachers in the classrooms. Let me repeat that, THE STATE HAD TO GET INVOLVED. That is how money hungry this school is.

My grandson goes to this school and loves it.He has been going there since the school opened and loves his teacher. He loves going down the slide at the Make Believe Blvd and would not want to come out of that room. We all danced together during there grandparent's day celebration. They invited all of us for the thanksgiving luncheon and served an elaborate meal. Beautiful turkey feathers with his picture and hand prints to say thank you to us. It was an emotional moment. They are so caring. I was impressed at how even the infants were ringing the bells at the jingle bell song, but the best moment was when my grandson's class went up on stage to sing there song. The room was packed. All the parents and grandparents showed up to that holiday nite party. This last saturday they had their grand opening party. A teacher was in each classroom representing a culture and they all looked so happy. Amazing balloon animals - never seen spiders, monkeys and lady bugs like that. The entire school was so festive. I love their events. Wish I was in such a school when I little.I am so happy my children chose this school for my grandson.

Truly an outstanding preschool ! My 4-yr old has been with them since they opened. I'm really impressed with their quality care, curriculum, dedicated & loving teachers, new colorful environment & still comes at a slightly lower price. Systematic well-defined curriculum targeted towards excellent all-round development of the child. My kid's getting well trained on desktop, smart boards, math, geography, phonics/sentences, general manners, & the list goes on... I receive regular personalized feedback regarding his activities & progress. They do a great job hiring qualified & very caring teachers. Being new, they're trying hard to do all the right things & making sure to provide quality care. My friend's infant also goes there, & they're very happy with them, so I'm not sure how legitimate the other review is about infant care. Have noticed good child-teacher ratios in all classes. They have a wonderful indoor play area for extreme weathers, where they teach them to be street-smart in a playful fashion. I'm highly satisfied with their service & will definitely recommend to anyone wanting great childcare. Every morning, my kid gets up & wants to rush to school now.

My 4 year old goes to this school and we absolutely love it! Before coming here he had some trouble with focus and attention, but since he's started, he's learned so much. He no longer seems to have a problem, and seems to be learning so much. He comes home and tells me what he's learned that day and is so excited to tell me about his math, pre-reading, and even world geography! I credit his teachers here for taking the time to understand what my child's needs were, and for knowing how to accomidate him and his learning style. He actually is excited to go to school and gets sad when it's the weekend and he can't go!

My son loves this school. He never wants to come home with me when I go to pick him up. The school is so bright and clean. The company is willing to make investments in the building so it is safe and fun for the children no wood chips on the outside playground and inside playground Make Believe Boulevard is so amazing. I love the fact that they have multiple secured doors instead of just one that most schools have. Sign-in/sign-out is on the computer and oh they have a smart board that my son uses daily even though he is only 2.5 yrs old. He loves doing activities on it and when bubbles reads to him through the smart board. I enjoy it there as all of it comes at a very reasonable price and they are so friendly they make my day everyday.
