TERRIBLE way to treat the kids you claim to care for and your teachers. You are closing the Montvale center in NJ and give a verbal warning to parents and teachers at on Monday at 6pm. You care little for kids, parents, and teachers! Think of how your actions have a negative affect on everyone! Particularly kids who are sensitive to their surroundings!!!!! I picked up my kid and he was crying and upset because the school was closing and said "teacher is sad there was a big mess". COME ON! You couldn't plan better??? For example; slowing combine clases and behind closing them, etc. Give a 1 month warning! I get that if there aren't enough kids there's no enough money to operate. But did you have to give 9 days to parents??? Bad! No wonder why the bad reviews online. Oh! Your solution is to put my kid in another TLE, really???? Did you honestly think that I will put my kid in another TLE after seeing how you treat your teachers??? And how little you care for kids and parents???? What am I supposed to expect for my kid when I see how little you care!
They have cameras and these cameras don't record! Really???? Their app barely works and honestly it doesn't give accurate information related to my kid. They often change teachers and constantly forget to give you their curriculum boxes...

I want to give a Good review but it is hard for me to do that. They changed the owner and director on Lewis Center,Ohio. The new director would not really care about kids or family, I would not see them in the early morning when i dropped off. Just got email due to the Old State traffic they required parents came earlier to get kids otherwise will charge late fee. It is not the parents fault to get late there, it is about our city development, if a business charge people extra to against the city development, I'd say this business man is all care about dollars! I would really consider to quit my kids there. BTW, their best teacher and director Kody left so I don't know if I am comfortable that my kids stay in a "DayCares all about Money"
My daughter has been going there since September and we have had nothing but issues with it. The office is so unorganized, they have told us too many lies whether it's about fees, teachers not being there anymore etc. They have an extremely high turnover rate for numerous reasons. I am looking for a new preschool and will make sure I do better research on the new one. It's awful.

Went in with questions about enrollment for my toddler son, and was told that I needed an appointment. I realized that my timing may have been a bit bad for a tour, but at other places where I have been in the past, they had an "open door" policy in effect. I was also given parent advice for my 9 year old child where it was not needed. When I asked about a specific rates for part time care as opposed to full time, I was told that they would discuss that with me later-they would not give me a rate on the spot. Not a great experience people!

We love the Learning Experience. right from the moment we walked in for our tour we knew this was the place for us. It's bright, clean, and full of projects the children have been working on. Kody took us on a tour and we fell in love with the center. We could see the children learning and playing in a fun environment and they all were very happy. My daughter was very shy, but when the teacher invited her to join the class while I completed my tour, she joined in and had a ball, already making friends and feeling at home. She didn't want to leave, and my anxiety was gone. We've since had our 2nd child and I love the way the three infant rooms are separated in 6 month increments- so my child is in an age group that matches his age.
It nice that we get a discount with the 2nd child too. I'd recommend this center to anyone, and have since sent several of my friends Well worth your time to visit them.

We have been with the Learning Experience for about 2 years we started when they had recently opened. I have to honestly say they went through some growing pains. But now I'm so pleased that I stuck with them. The owner has worked very hard to get the right people in place, and weed out some not so great staff. The teachers and Director are all so professional, and kind and so great with my kids. My infant actually starts kicking her feet when she sees the flags as we drive into the parking lot- excited to be there. I know they are well taken care of and as a full time working mom of two- that is one part of my day that I don't have to worry about. I love the curriculum, the cleanliness, the modern bright colors- and the extra steps they take for security. My daughter is always showing me what she learned, and I can't believe how much she has blossomed over the 2 years. She is happy, confident and well prepared for kindergarten. I feel I get a lot for the price of tuition, and it's well worth the cost.

I am so happy I found The Learning Experience. My son loves it there. The teachers are so kind and caring. I love the way they have different themed curriculum each month. And their new philanthropy curriculum is really teaching my son some valuable lessons that will stick with him for life. The Director Kody is very intelligent, and knows how to work with us when my son was adjusting to being away from me all day when I returned to work. He is so happy- he sometimes says he doesn't want to leave!, which makes me feel confident that he is in good hands. I can't say enough good things about this center- The owner is on site and worked out a great tuitions rate (they were cheaper than the others in the area).
The school is colorful, cheerful, clean and active-- lots of fun activities. We are very happy to be here.

This is the best daycare ever! They don't charge any extra fees and all the fees are detailed and reviewed with you before you sign your child up. You pay for the care you need and they are cheaper than I expected. They have wonderfull staff that truly care about you child. The classrooms are clean and filled with wonderful toys and books that the children learn and play with. The indoor play spaces are hard to beat, I didn't find any other schools in the area that had such a great facility. My family is very happy to have found The Learning Experience.

Worst daycare center ever, first the cost is outrageous the weekly charge of 217 a week actually comes out to $484.00 a year more than Goddard and that is not including all the random fees that The Learning Experience seems make up with no prior notice. For example 100$ annual fee even though my son was only there three months, 150$ summer camp fee, 180$ holiday art supply fee it's like every other month they make something up so they can have more people there standing around at the front desk doing nothing. The final straw for me was charging us 217.00 for a week when my son was not there because we were on vacation. We were specifically told as long as we filled out the appropriate paperwork this charge would be excluded. We filled out the paperwork and thought everything was fine then a month later they attempted to add it to my bill and said the bill was due in one week. Knowing that it would be challenging for us to find alternative daycare in that short of notice, they basically attempted to strong arm us into paying the additional funds. Even now they call us daily withholding our sons personal property until some fake 500.00 bill they came up with is paid. So I hope they can sell the Items and recoup there money because I refuse to pay these kind of people, 100$ annual fee for 3 months, 217.00 for not having to work for a week, 180$ holiday art fee, REDICULOUS! And yes I will be posting this on every web site I can find that rates and reviews daycares.
