Sent my child to the one on Old St. Augustine. She came home with a high fever one day, without a phone call, she would constantly come home covered in afternoon lunch, and the after care teachers were young and oblivious.

My kids love going to school at TLE. Their curriculum is outstanding and their teachers are great. My boys feel loved and safe while there. My 3 year old is already learning to read and write as well as essential math skills. They also get plenty of play time.
Both of my kids have attended TLE. The teachers and staff have been wonderful. My kids love their teachers! I can't imagine taking them anywhere else.

The Jacksonville Southside location is the most sneakiest center my child has ever gone to. Just last week I witnessed the center director/owner and I assume her husband bullying and yelling at two employees in the hallway and the worst part was the director/owner had a stroller with infants while her husband was yelling over them. I'm concerned about the safety of children here because of the sexual abuse case they dealt with last year and now this, I'm wondering what really goes on when we leave our kids there and go to work. Warning Parents: Don't be fooled by the niceness the owner/director portrays. A PHD does not make her any different from the dream seller Kevin Trudeau. Corporate, you need to take a better look into this franchise.

We strongly recommend sending your child to The Learning center. It's a very clean environment and the staff is amazing! My son goes here for vpk and he loves it!! We are very happy with how much he is learning and are very happy with him going here.

I was told I had balance from July 28th when I know for a fact I've paid on the every week for the 4 weeks my son attended for summer camp. Now no records of me paying that week when I paid with money order and didn't get receipt. I think it's kind of weird that my payment of money order for that week is so called not accounted for. I know when $165 has to be paid a week that's a large amount. Now I'm getting emails to pay. So ridiculous! My child will not be returning!

I had child there and left. The turnover was high teachers just walking out NEWS STORIES OF ABUSE, LAWSUITS, DCF CITATIONS, we couldn't stay at a place like that.
I would NOT recommend this daycare. As parents, we are no strangers to daycare settings. Our older children had both attended daycares for years so we know what to expect. Having moved to the Schaumburg area, we decided on The Learning Experience for our youngest son because the facility was newer and it seemed to focus on education more than the other daycares we visited. but after giving this daycare a try, we couldn't tolerate it any longer. Every day, we would pick up our son and he'd be a mess--dried up snot all over his face, dried up food on his clothes. Made us wonder if anyone was paying attention to him. Then there were the bumps and bruises that he would get from other kids in his room. Not to mention the cuss words he learned. Far from the curriculum that the director (Kellie) talks to you about during the tour. There was never any order in the classrooms and the daycare workers didn't seem to care either. The staff would just yell at the kids which had no effect at all. Every complaint we made to the staff was ignored. They say what they think you want to hear at the moment but two minutes later, it's like you never said anything at all. Finally, we gave up on this place. Why pay high prices for subpar care when there are so many better choices out there? In retrospect, I feel guilty ever keeping my child there as long as I did. We wanted it to work out and we wanted to give this place a fair chance but it just wasn't the wholesome, nurturing environment that we expected.

We recently moved our 3 children from another area daycare and we are so happy we did! We have had the best experience at The Learning Experience since the first time we walked in. It starts with the caring teachers and Director, Kellie. Kellie welcomes every parent and child into the building and engages every child. She ensures that center events are interactive and fun for every age. The teachers do the same in their classrooms, they are warm and caring. Our children are treated with respect and love.

Add to that a comprehensive curriculum that challenges, engages, and teaches our children a wider variety of subjects than I imagined any child care center would. This is not a daycare center or a babysitting center, but an academy of experiences for our children that I could not provide for them at home. 5 stars all the way!!
