I was there for a short time and when I got there things were great! after Me Oliver left I felt like things went left! they started putting people in management postion that needed to stay in their classroom. They picked people who they thought was best to sit at the front desk whenever management would be late! they started picking people out the bunch to pick on so they wouldn't look horrible! they took kids from classes to make other teachers look good opening up classes that clearly wasnt ready to be open! but because it was money involved they pushed forward that Mark! and it started showing. the food is just nasty I would not dare feed those kids any of these meals ; even with snack they give them the same snack Monday through Friday! the fruit it old! specially the bananas! No proper bathroom breaks cause all the front desk wants to do is sit around and talk about people! and go home! they put Ms kerrina in charge and she barley knew anybody but whatevee she said they New Director went off of that and not even trying to get to know people she came at people! because she said Me karrina said? thats not Karrina daycare! she started off wrong and she won't last long! because she bringing in so much negativity in with that he say she said mess! I will never work at another rainbow ever not alone referre any family there its not worth it! if one Rainbow is not right the rest of them has some wrong with them! I WISH They would get another race in front office. because these black woman taking advantage of a title they can't live up too!

The regional and local staff are unorganized and the turnover is abhorrent. My son was enrolled in the "Montessori" program which wasn't led, managed or structured by anyone educated to lead the program. I watched the turnover and honestly tried to allow new leaders to move the Center in a positive direction. However. I'm convinced that until the regional and corporate leaders actually hold themselves accountable for the poor performance and extreme turnover of the staff in this location, things won't change.

where to start... Basically they just put any black person in office. No body has the proper training ... everybody is the chief! the Daycare alone is ok but once you actually get in there they work you like slaves... everybody talks about everybody specially the front desk! you can't trust nobody not even a little its always a whisper!... my short time there omg ive never worked at a place so unorganized and stressful!!!! I hope these owners or corporate put someone who actually cares about the employees and children! the new director andrea came in and and trying go off what she heard.. she dont know how to run a facility and that fake smile she has is just.... but rainbow needs too fix the speakers so people can actually get bathroom breaks! cause the front desk hate coming to relieve any person in a classroom! they have maybe two or three people who are faithful there but overall the Daycare really needs serious help its going down

The over turn of teachers is just crazy it's like my child has one perfect teacher for about a week then boom! There gone? Then the transition of moving kids to one room to another room ; i had to walk around and find my child's things and nobody could tell me where
His things was. If u drop the children off bring all their stuff with you. And the old director was just sad and fake.

My child has been going there for some time and I've NEVER experience any difficulty.. The staff are down to earth and understands what a mother or parent goes through. Honestly I've seen a change in the facility "Everyone is happy ". Be down for Rainbow or get out.

Please don't believe everything you read or hear! People like to embellish. Some people love sympathy even when they are dead wrong..

I have read the reviews for this school and I am deeply saddened. I was looking to apply for a job here thinking as an experienced, educator with a degree in early childhood and elementary education I could make a difference. However, after hearing a simple suggestion of the children having water caused someone to get terminated is more than enough reason to make me run away. I have been an educator for over 25 years and the comments made from the former staff are astonishing!
There are two sides to every story, but when so many stories have so many similarities it is reason for concern.
Parents you have a voice! Advocate for your children, demand excellent care or leave!

I taught at this facility for a few weeks.. after the first day I knew I wouldn't be there much longer. The rooms have no structure, the kids play all day etc. I taught prek and a lot of the kids had no idea as to what it meant to "trace letters". Which is sad! I value education and don't believe that parents should spend hundreds of dollars on an illusion. Also, yesterday was the final straw, I was terminated for caring about the well being of my students! I suggested to a parent that she brings in bottles of cold water for her kids to drink while we're outside in 80+ degree weather, she complained, and I was terminated. OVER MAKING A SINCERE SUGGESTION! My daughter goes to school in Peachtree City, I've worked at better schools that recommend parent bring bottles of cool water for their kids as well, and not once has a parent ever complained or a teacher been fired for making such a suggestion... I do not intend to work for such an establishment ever again! What's the point of wanting to work with kids if you're not allowed to truly care for them?

Director and Assistant Director were not interested in the safety of my child. My child started coming home with injuries and noone could tell me how it happened and had no incident reports. When I tried to catch up with the director I was told by the assistant director that she has been really busy and that maybe my child had been injuring themselves. That was my child's last day.

The staff turnover and constant shuffling child from room to room because they do not have the staff to care for the currently enrolled children in the room that they are assigned to.

If you value your child's safety do not bring them here.

This is not a Montessori School. It is a daycare. If you are looking for a Montessori school please make sure they are certified.
