We love Primrose at Vista Ridge! We have been with PSVR since 2012. My daughter started in the Young Toddler class and is now in Pre-K. My son started in the infant class and is now in Preschool. The teachers are great. The staff is great. The owners are great. I love that there is almost always someone up front during pickup and dropoff to answer any questions or address any concerns. I think almost all of the teachers and staff recognize and know my kids' names. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. PSVR has definitely been the right choice for us. I highly recommend them.

I am delighted with the care my son receives from the loving staff at Primrose at Vista Ridge. I love that they focus on values and character development as much as the curriculum designed to help him succeed in grade school. Primrose helps to lay the perfect foundation for a happy, healthy childhood.

Joshua and Nathan were born prematurely and in the NICU for 8 weeks. They had a difficult start but since starting at Primrose they have caught up with all their friends. When Joshua started in EPS1 he wasn't walking yet and Nathan was having trouble with speech. In just a matter of weeks they had taken off and were catching up quickly with their classmates. Evan started at 4mths in the Infant room and is doing so well with his sign language, we sign at home with all the boys and he just loves it!!
We love being part of the Primrose family and couldn't be happier to have our boys following the program. As working parents that also travel for work it is very hard leaving your children day in day out, but Primrose has made this experience so much easier for us. The teachers are exceptional and have provided above and beyond priceless care and attention to our boys.

We moved our daughter three times before we found PSVR. She actually was happy when we dropped her off each morning, which eased our minds throughout the day. We hit the jackpot with PSVR and can't say enough wonderful things about the school.

Primrose at Vista Ridge is the only place I trust with my children. Everything is top notch, from the cleanliness of the school to the education and the love and care my children receive on a daily basis. We LOVE Primrose!

They will not deal with children with special needs. My son has a disability and thus requires diapers, but they discriminate against him because they don't want to deal with the logistics of this at his age group. I understand it makes things somewhat more difficult, but to be flatly and coldly told they won't consider accepting him is frustrating. I'm tempted to file an ADA complaint, but I've got better things to worry about. Perhaps they should not build wheelchair ramps either because of the expense and inconvenience of it...

FYI, the other Primrose in Cedar Park does not discriminate like this one does, and has bent over backwards to be accommodating. I just live too far from there now.
