I tried to make it work with La Petite for the first 3 1/2 years of my son's life in spite of the fact that one worker refused to put diaper rash ointment on him because of her own emotional problems, another one let him fall off a training table, and a third was verbally abusive to kids she didn't like. Their favorite term was "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit." My son has high functioning autism and I removed him when it became apparent that it was the wrong situation. When I tried over the years to get receipts from what I'd spent, my request was accepted and then ignored. When I called about potentially going there for a few weeks in the summer. I got a "We'll call you back" but they never did. The last straw for me was Tracy snapping at me on the phone when I asked about school enrollment where I would have provided an on sight therapist so they would have been making free money off my child. I was never anything but nice to these women in spite of their unprofessional behavior. There was absolutely no regard for that a fact that a) I'm a human being b) I'm a single mother of a special needs child doing it 100% alone and c) that I deserve the same courtesy I've shown them.
