My sons pre-K teachers Ms. Krystal and Mr. J are really nice. The assistant director Sadie always greets us and is nice as well. The director Louise Philman is very rude and very insensitive. She hounds you for payment even if it's a very small amount that you owe. My son was turned away because of balance of $30 after I explained to her that I lost my job. Lots of fees that most daycares don't have. I have never experience anything like this at a daycare. Would not recommend.

I had my son in the after school program for 3 days a week. The phrase "you get what you pay for" is the absolute truth. The first day my son (who is a quiet, caring, sweetest, well mannered child you'll ever meet) was bullied. When I approached the Director and the teacher about the incident they reassured me they would have a talk with the kids about bullying and not to worry. The next day I went to pick him up I see that the kids were inside on a beautiful spring day (73 degrees and sunny) the teacher then told me that she was sorry that my son wasn't able to go outside he was great but his peers didn't follow directions. I decided to sit and see what the issue was. The poor teacher had no control over these unruly children. They don't respect authority, they're disrespectful, and simply just don't care. The teacher then told me they've been sitting on the carpet since after snack (45 mins ago) she then told me she told the Director that she needed behavioral help with the students but have not received it. The funny thing is: the Director came in and picked up her child in all this mayhem and not once tried to help the teacher. I walked out with the Director and told her how the teacher felt and what I saw as a parent. She said that she would talk to her tomorrow and look more into the situation. My last straw was picking my son up on a Friday (after our first week of attendance) and my child was sad. I asked what was wrong. I was then told another student had took his glasses off his face put them on and began to run around the playground with them. The teacher got them back for my child and attempted to reprehend the other child. I asked the teacher if the Director had spoke to her today about my concerns. She said "no, she hasn't told me anything" by that time the Director was gone for the day. I was completely done. I wished the teacher good luck and told her this was my child's last day attending. She told me "I don't blame you. I'm currently looking for a new job as well". If you care about your child's safety and well-being; this is NOT the place to send him/her.

**I've spoke to the district manager about this matter. I hope she can see from the cameras what I've seen.
