The overall rating here is based off of the owner (Marsha) putting in 5* reviews. Seems sort of biased. I worked for them. Their clinicians were all great. The owners and office managerial staff were the literal worst people ever to work for, so they deal with tons of turnover.

Aside from me, 'Marsha' the president of WPHHA, there has never been another employee named Marsha at WPHHA. This review is obviously fake. It is unfortunate that people feel it is ok to post negative reviews about companies for which they have never worked and are not affiliated. Especially to use another person's name, and in this case, mine.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Management has unrealistic expectations, for very little pay if you get paid at all. Constant turn over, they treat staff very poorly. Not dependable due to very little staff.

Fantastic company with amazing nurses. The hospital referred us to WPHHA when my dad was released from the hospital and I couldn't be happier.

Beth, WPHHA is an outstanding organization. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care at all times. We would love to speak with you regarding your experience with WPHHA. As with most companies, turnover can be expected. We do our best to provide an excellent work environment for our staff. We have been fortunate to have the same team over the last four years and are looking forward to many more years working together for this great organization.

Constant turnover of nursing and therapy staff makes this the last organization I would turn to for care of my loved one! Management makes lots of promises but doesn't deliver. Odd that they allow the employees to rate their own business as Marsha and Matt both work for the company. They did send care into a pretty rough neighborhood where my mom lives, so that's a positive.

We've had nothing but great things to say about Western PA Home Health Assoc. They've done a great job taking care of my mom and it's nice to always get a iive person when you call the office. We really like that we're able to develop a relationship with my mom's nurse and therapists since it's always the same people coming. Highly recommend

Constant turnover of staff due to poor management make this a terrible place to look for senior care services.
