Like most people with a pet care business, Kenn Kossan found that taking care of animals was a calling more than a planned career. Despite having an art degree and a career in the film/video industry, he decided to pursue his love of animals by applying for a job as a dog walker, winning out over 106 other applicants despite having no experience. My boss liked how I related to the animals, Kenn said. Dogs and cats always have always made me happy. I try to love them with the same unconditional outpouring they share. His clients noticed, and Kenn decided to set out on his own, becoming owner of Wagtime! in 1997.
