Our 3-bedroom home is a modernly built ranch style with an open concept and ample living space with a large kitchen. This home has a large backyard and patio deck to enjoy the fresh air or read a book. We are licensed by the State Of Wisconsin. This home accepts individuals with a functional impairment that continually accompanies developmental disability, irreversible dementia/Alzheimer's and emotionally disturbed/mentally ill clients, advanced age, alcohol/drug dependent and clients requiring one on one supervision. Our services are deigned with each unique resident in mind, attempting to encourage the greatest degree of independence possible, in the least restrictive environment. Our services include supervision and supportive care, laundry services, nutritious meals, housekeeping services, 24 hour caregiver services, grooming, medication supervision/assistance, transportation, daily/weekly activities. With over 10 years of experience in this field our goal is to provide an environment conductive to a lifestyle of comfort, enjoyment, dignity, satisfaction, privacy and that which may promote a greater quality of life, where each resident's health, safety and well being is considered.
