The actual cleaning is ok. When you start to use them, they are great and they promise you that either the owner or his wife will come and do quality control after every cleaning, but after the first few times, that will not happen. And they are very difficult to work with in terms of scheduling or arriving within the 3-hour window that they give you. They will not give you a shorter window because apparently that is what PSEG does. And then they dont even arrive within the time period that was allotted to you, and will not even call to let you know they are running late. And the owner's response was that they cant service clients that are beholden to a tight time schedule.
