Temple Beth Israel Preschool

At Temple Beth Israel Preschool, we strive to develop curiosity, imagination, self-esteem, caring for others, and the ability to play both cooperatively and independently. Our program is designed to encourage socialization and a love of learning through participation in a broad range of interactive and age-appropriate activities.The groups are small and the hands-on activities blend readiness, creative and physical skills so that all child's development needs are met.

We emphasize experimental learning - by doing, learning through play. Working towards this end, we provide the children with a multi-sensory program which offers numerous opportunities for active exploration of the environment, as well as individual and group problem solving. In all of our activities, our focus is on the process and pleasure of discovery, rather than the product.

An equally important facet of Temple Beth Israel's program is the celebration of Jewish heritage and culture. Enrollment is non-denominational and non-discriminatory, our children will be exposed to the celebration of Jewish holidays, customs, language, music etc. Many of our songs, stories, crafts and recipes are clustered around Jewish cultural themes.

After school enrichment classes are offered to the Three Year Old and PreK Classes. Before Care and After Care from 7:30am-6:00pm.
