I used Talley Services for carpet cleaning in two rooms. One an extremely large rec room. The carpet is a light beige and was filthy with multiple stains. I thought they would get the carpets relatively clean to get me through the holidays and then I would replace the carpet. The results I got were unbelievable. The carpets looked new.
Using carpet cleaners in the past - the stains would clean up, but came back in a short amount of time. It has been over three weeks now and the carpets still look as clean as the day they cleaned them. Both my husband and I were amazed at the results. They spent a lot of time and did a very thorough and professional job. I am very happy.
Also, I found that most carpet cleaners do the bait and switch - quote you a price, then come out and change their price because of the 'stains'. Talleys gave me a price and stuck to their original price. I would most definitely highly recommend them. VERY PLEASED.

Jacqueline has been doing our weekly cleaning now for several months now. We consider ourselves fortunate to have her. I have an elderly parent with Alzheimers living with us - all three of us are home at the time she comes to clean. So, it takes a lot of patience on her part to 'work around' us. She is very professional and reliable. Her cleaning services are beyond anything I have experienced in the past with other services. She cleans areas missed by other services and makes suggestions regarding products, etc... My home sparkles. I would highly recommend Talley Services.

This company carefully wrote down the way things should be cleaned in my house and then said she forgot about it. I have a baby grand piano which was to be dry dusted. Not only did she use a wet rag but itches a dirty rag which caused the wood to be destroyed. Terrible service.

When I went on the estimate I explained the products I use and cleaning procedures. This woman is be harassing me over the Internet. She is trying to get something, a full piano restore for a water mark on a neglected previously damaged piece of Furniture.
I test wiped her piano in one place with a very damp cloth. It did leave a streak behind. I immediately stopped the damp wipe test process because my cloth came up black. I was afraid to touch it to begin with because the paint was dull, there were hairline cracks in the top finish and the lacquer was gone. The front was in perfect condition (around key and book stand.) it looks like the piano was exposed to sunlight for many years and additionally, dry dusted for many years.) I continued to dust with a wool duster. I did not damage her finish. It was already damaged and she is trying to blame me and bully me into a false insurance claim. It seems she thinks she has an opportunity to get a full piano restore for a test wipe. I don't think so. I did not even test clean the area she claimed was and I streaked and I do not ever use dirty rags. My tools and equipment are very well maintained and cleaned daily. I offered to help her fix the streaked test area and explained to her how dry dusting and sun exposure will ruin a wood finish. I gave her a ton of information on how to address the issue, but she is unreasonable and will not try anything. She was able to post a review on Home Advisor but tried to post a second that they removed. She did not tell me to dry dust anything. Please see my many reviews on H.A. I have been cleaning for almost 19 years. I have almost 4.5 star rating (1-5 is the rating system.) I am a true professional and know my business very well. It is people like this that try to harm others to get something for nothing
